Google Play requires every developer to tell you, in one place, how to have your data deleted. This is that page.
If the app stores data only on your device
Most of our apps keep everything — progress, settings, saved items — on the phone itself, and send nothing to us. For those apps:
- Uninstalling the app deletes that data
- Or go to Settings → Apps → [app name] → Storage → Clear data
Once it is cleared, it is gone. We hold no copy and cannot restore it.
If the app has an account
Where an app asks you to sign in, you can request deletion of the account and everything attached to it:
- Email support@lumostudio.cloud from the address used for the account
- Put Account deletion in the subject line
- Tell us the app name and the account email or username
We confirm within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your profile, saved progress and in-app content
- Any support messages you sent us, on request
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records — kept for up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires it. These contain the transaction, not your app content.
- Anonymous analytics and crash data — not linked to you and not identifiable, so it cannot be isolated and removed. It expires on the retention schedule of the service that holds it.
- Records we are legally required to retain, for as long as the law requires.
Purchases are separate
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play — open the Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and cancel there before requesting deletion.
