These terms cover the apps and games published by Lumo Studio and the use of this website. By installing one of our apps, you agree to them.
Your licence to use our apps
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our apps on devices you control, for your own non-commercial use. The apps are licensed, not sold.
What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent or redistribute an app or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify an app, except where the law expressly allows it
- Use cheats, bots or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with other players
- Use our apps to break the law, or to harass anyone
Purchases and refunds
Paid items and subscriptions are sold and processed by Google Play under Google’s own terms. Refunds within 48 hours of purchase are handled by Google Play directly. After that, write to us and we will consider it case by case. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Ownership
The apps, their code, artwork, characters, music and the Lumo Studio name and logo belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
Content you create
Where an app lets you submit content, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to host and display it so the app can work. You are responsible for what you submit, and we may remove anything unlawful or abusive.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue an app at any time. We aim to give notice before withdrawing an app that people rely on, but we cannot guarantee that any app will remain available indefinitely.
Disclaimer
Our apps are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits arising from the use of our apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the licence
Your licence ends if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, unless the law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
